Hi there! Printable HQ is a site which offers a range of printable templates you can edit right within your web browser and then download as a PDF for great looking prints. All of our templates are free to use, and we plan on adding more all the time. To use the site, just browse through the categories on the left or use the search above and to the right. Once you've found something, just click it's title to see the directions of use, and to view the template. Most of our templates let you change borders, images and text - just move your mouse over the template and things you can change will be highlighted. Award Certificate of Excellence
The Award Certificate of Excellence is a more formal award certificate suitable for many occasions. Why not give it to an excellent employee or a volunteer who has helped your organization, church or group. The blank medal images on the right hand side are all customizable, so you could change them to hold a sponsor logo, your business logo or other decorations.

Small Customiseable Square Box
I went a little crazy with this small box and made a bunch of different backgrounds and decorations. Once I'd opened Photoshop and started making them I couldn't stop - which is good for you guys as that means there's heaps of choice for customising this box. Each side of the box can have an image, as well as the top. All of the default images which load are symmetrical, so it doesn't matter whether you put them on the top or the sides. As always you can choose your own images, just be aware that images you place on the sides of the box might look upside down after printing (That's why I used symmetrical images). The box lid will be the right way up, so you can use any image there.

Printable Chinese takeout box with multiple images
This is another Chinese Takeout Box similar to the last one we added. This one however has multiple images, one for each face of the box. We've created some cute little images like swirly suns, snow flakes and even some dog paws. And remember, if you can't find an image you like in our choices, you can always upload your own to put on the faces of the box.

Printable Chinese takeout box with twin images
This is a cute little Chinese takeout box that can be printed and folded into shape. The background and twin images can be easily changed, and we've created a bunch of different colored backgrounds and decorative images so you can make a huge range of different boxes. These can be used for parties, to make your own gift boxes at weddings or baby showers or just for fun! The instructions below run you through the changes you can make to the box, and we also include some screenshots of me making one so you can follow along. Enjoy

Award Certificate of Achievement in Sport
The Award Certificate of Achievement in Sport was made specifically for sporting awards, though as with any of our templates, it is highly customizable, so could be used for any type of award certificate. You can customize this template and print out a great looking award for things like the most valuable player, most improved player, best coach or anything else you can think of. We've created images for baseball, soccer, football, tennis and basketball - but you can upload your own for any type of sport.
